Three playgrounds are located just outside the classrooms, with direct access from each room.

At the heart of the building is a large, dividable multi-purpose room to be used for facility and community functions. Five additional rooms will serve as spaces for health and family services, play therapy, and educational development. Additional areas include offices, lobby, reception, restrooms, teacher resource room, staff lounge, and building support spaces. All of the administration functions are located at the main entrance of the building, providing visual control  everyone who enters and leaves.
