Sr. Architectural Project Manager - Education
 

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Manage and produce multiple projects at various stages of development and prove firm’s ability to be “Agile by Design”; Provide leadership and technical expertise to determine project requirements for scope, schedule, budget, specifications, etc.; Coordinate design work with internal team, consultants and regulatory agencies; Oversee quality control of construction documents throughout all phases on concurrent projects and, demonstrate a commitment to high client satisfaction, in order to further client relationships.

Qualifications

 Full-Time (40 hrs/wk.) Evenings and some weekends as required.

 Registered Architect required;

 Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing education projects

 Active in professional/industry associations;

 Software skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and hand drawing.

Project Coordinator 3

Job Description & Responsibilities

Intern architect on the path to licensure with a minimum of four years of full-time working experience and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program or, an intern architect who has chosen not to pursue licensure but has a minimum of six years of full-time architectural experience. The successful candidate has expertise in the use of AutoCad, Revit, and/or SketchUp drafting tools, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite software. 

In the role of project coordinator this individual works under the direction of an architect and is responsible for: technical design and documentation for projects; planning, design and coordination of architectural assignments; specific technical design aspects of an assigned project including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions and technical details; making decisions on significant architectural design problems and methods; review and approval of conceptual designs; carrying out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures; and organizing and managing all drawing files and hard copy drawing documents.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Job Captain or Project Architect 

Qualifications

   Full-Time (40 hrs/wk.) Evenings and weekends as required.

   Timesheet entry

   Plotting procedures (especially pertaining to reimbursables)

   Correspondence procedures

   In-office standard forms and checklists

   Filing procedures (project folders and email & document archiving)

   CAD standards

   Complete Project Coordinator 2 responsibilities

   Complete and pass ARE exam achieving TBAE licensure

   Regularly attends and documents project meetings and site visits with clients and consultants

   Successfully meets deadlines set by Project Architect, Job Captain, and/or Project Manager

   Regularly completes paperwork for Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS), and Dallas Green Building Program including the required follow-up procedures for each submittal



Architectural Project Assistant

Job Description & Responsibilities

Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans.
Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
Assist architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
Apply survey notes in architectural drawings with precise specifications.
Use advanced software like CAD or ArchiCAD in preparing architectural plans.
Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
Interact with clients to implement their plans and goals in architectural project drawings.
Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues.
Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in organized manner.
Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Job Captain or Project Architect

Full-Time (40 hrs/wk.) Evenings and weekends as required.
